Enough - A Boundary Spell

In this post I will share a White and Green magic spell that can help support you energetically to protect yourself. From a nosy family member, from a spying neighbour, from a bullying coworker or an obsessed ex.

For this Spell you need!

A white candle

A black candle

Salt

A Bay leaf

A fire proof plate

Proceed like this!

*On the plate place the two candles next to each other in the middle.

*Sprinkle salt in a circle and say out loud: only what serves my highest good - remain, all else - leave.

*Light your two candles.

*Write on your bay leaf the thing you wish to put a boundary towards. Can be a person, a pattern, a habit, a memory, a belief system.

*Hold the bay leaf in between your hands and say out loud: I have tolerated enough of x, I withdraw my energy from x, I close the door to x.

*Burn the bay leaf. Say out loud: your access to my energy is revoked, my boundary stands, you are banished from my world.

*Let the candles burn out.
